All our packages are delivered by DPD. They are insured and delivered against signature.
Once your order has been placed, you will receive by email all the information regarding the tracking of your order.

Our delivery times are between 6 to 10 working days.

Returns & Refunds:
Your satisfaction is paramount. This is why you have 14 days from the date of receipt to return your order to us for a refund.
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless there is an error on our part).
